Terms & Conditions

By booking a taxi through Tanu Taxi Service, whether via phone, WhatsApp, website, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Please provide accurate pickup location, date, time, and destination details at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.

• Fares are calculated based on the type of vehicle, distance, and duration of the trip.
• Toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
• For outstation trips, charges include driver allowance and fuel costs.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. We do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellation within 2 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-show or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full trip fare.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Tanu Taxi Service is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times during the journey.

• Tanu Taxi Service shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip in question.

• Any changes to the route or destination after the trip has started may result in additional charges.
• Waiting charges will apply if the passenger is not present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• For tour packages, the itinerary will be as agreed upon at the time of booking.

We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, and trip details solely for the purpose of providing our taxi services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only for booking confirmations, customer service, and service improvement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
